The administrative merits hearing will be held September 14, 2026 and September 15, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day at the Administrative Hearings Office located at 1220 S St. Francis Drive, Suite #215, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87504. The Administrative Hearings Office is located in Santa Fe County, the same county as the New Mexico Medical Board.
